Entry 272 – Kelly Marsich

I have been a client of your company for many years and before that, my parents were clients. You guys always go above and beyond for us. I referred you to my Aunt and you all made her feel comfortable and welcome since she just moved here from out of state. Plus you guys awarded me for that, which I did not expect and a lot of companies do not do anything for a referral. If I have to dig for something you could improve on it would be to have someone in your office on the phone through out the day. Sometimes I need to reach you guys but I am at work and I go to lunch at noon and it is the only time I am able to call you since you are closed when I leave work.
